Float is independent and unbiassed journalism. The editors are passionate sailors, enthusiastic motor boat drivers, well known authors, gifted improvisors and savvy pundits. Every day, an international team of authors finds the stories that inform, entertain and inspire their readers. Tests of motor boats, sail yachts and products are at the heart of the float coverage.

 

Key for our design are our photos and videos, most of which we produce ourselves. We created a clearly structured, user-friendly page that concentrates the readers’ attention on the essence of our message.

 

Float is the exclusive German jury member of the Best of Boats Award, the European motor boat award that looks at boats from the boater’s point of view.
