Founded in 2002 by Andrew Blatter and now led by Caroline and Tristan Blatter, SSG was built on a simple idea: only list services that captains and crew have personally recommended.

Today the platform features over 11,000 endorsed services, each vetted with a minimum of three recommendations from working captains and crew, across our detailed regional print guides and online directory.
