The opening hours of the show for all public access are:

Tuesday 10 September: 10 am – 7 pm

Wednesday 11 September: 10 am – 7 pm

Thursday 12 September: 10 am – 7 pm

Friday 13 September: 10 am – 10 pm

Saturday 14 September: 10 am – 7 pm

Sunday 15 September: 10 am – 6 pm

All access tickets are valid for the night. Your exhibitor badge allows you to access the show from 8 am.

  • By bus: the No. 81 bus direct to Cannes via the A8 motorway every day from 8:00 am until 8:05 pm. Departs Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 - Bay 3.

The No. 200 bus will take you to Cannes on the RN7 via St Laurent du Var, Cannes sur Mer, Biot, Antibes and Golfe Juan from 7:30 to 22:00 Mon-Sat and from 8:45 to 22:00 on Sundays. Departs Terminal 1 – Bay 0.

Technical information

When build-up and breakdown schedule, vehicle access is regulated.

To consult the instructions, click on « 02. Montage & démontage / Build-up & breakdown schedule » in the following tasks: "01. Mon bateau / My boat" or "03. Mon stand extérieur / My outdoor stand" or "04. Mon stand intérieur / My indoor stand - Palais" in your Exibitor Area.

Please forward this document to your decorator and transporter.  

Your insurance taken out with RX France - Cannes Yachting Festival expires at the end of the breakdown period (see your breakdown schedule). 

 

           

My access passes

Exhibitor e-badges are intended for people physically present on your company stand to welcome visitors, including your hosts and hostesses, limited to the free quota allocated when booking your stand. They allow your team to access your stand from 8 am. 

You must fill in the e-badges form with the following information for each person present on your stand: civility, first name, last name, email address until Friday 6 September at 6 pm.

You can print your e-badges from X September. Note that badge holders and lanyards will be available at Exibitor Desks.

Take care: from Sunday 8 September at 9 am, orders must be made on-site at the Exhibitor Desk for your area. A 40% increase will be applied to the price.

If the e-badges allocated to you are not enough, you can order additional e-badges in the "07. E-invitations, e-badges, crew bracelet" task of your Exhibitor Area. Once your order has been registered, the number of additional badges ordered will appear in the e-badge personalisation form.

In order to increase the level of security during the Cannes Yachting Festival build-up and breakdown period, wearing the build-up/breakdown e-badge is compulsory to access the site. Each person working on the build-up and breakdown of your stand, wheter they are members of your direct team or service providers, must be preregistered on using the form accessible in the task "06. E-badges - montage & démontage / Build-up & breakdown" in your Exhibitor Area. Order deadline: 20 August 2024.

Regarding your servcie providers, you must have registered them in task "05. Déclarer mon décorateur / Register my decorator" in your Exibitor Area. Once this form has been filled in and validated, your service providers will receive a link to create the build-up and breakdown badges for their teams.

The build-up and breakdown e-badge must always remain visible when your team is within the grounds of the Cannes Yachting Festival. Checks will be carried out at any time by the security agents. Those who are not able to present their e-badge and ID will be asked to leave the site.

Between 10 and 15 September 2024, these access badges will not allow entry into the Cannes Yachting Festival grounds. During this period, only crew bracelets and e-badges will be accepted.

For safety reasons, anybody staying on board a boat being exhibited must wear a crew bracelet included outside the hours the show is closed to the public. This bracelet is non-transferable and grants the wearer 24-hour access to the showgrounds. A bracelet can only be exchanged for a new one upon presentation of the damaged bracelet concerned.

Order deadline: 6 September 2024 6 pm,  « 07. E-invitations, e-badges, crew bracelet » task in your Exhibitor's Area.

After ordering, you will receive an Excel file to complete with the first/last/company name of the wearers of bracelets before September 6, 2024, 6 pm. This file will be returned to [email protected].

After this date, no order of crew bracelets will be possible in the Exhibitor's Area. You will be able to order by presenting yourself at the Exhibitors Desk you depend on from 10 September 2024, 9 am. The prices of the crew bracelets will be increased by 40%.

The bracelets will be placed on the wrist of each person who has requested it and who will present a document proving his identity  – first name, last name, photo (ex: CNI/passport/exhibitor badge…) and signing.

No, printing badges is not mandatory but highly recommended to facilitate access. You can present the QR code of your e-badge on your smartphone. Be careful to charge your phone well before your arrival and make sure to easily access your e-badge on D-Day by downloading it in advance or by taking a screenshot.

Important: printing exhibitor e-badges will only be possible if all invoices have been paid in full.

 

The e-invitations allow you to invite your clients and prospects. The recipient does not have to pay for his entry but simply has to print the e-invitation or display it on his smartphone when arriving at the show. The form will be accessible via a URL, your guest must enter the code that you will have sent to them previously.

You can also make available a quota of e-invitations to your agents to invite their customers directly.

Go to the « 07. E-invitations, e-badges, crew bracelet » task in your Exhibitor's Area to order.

As a reminder, here are the 4 types of e-invitations available and the associated services. Rates are valid until 25 August 2024. After this date, e-invitations will be invoiced at a unit rate of €6 excluding tax.

Orders for e-invitations will be sent to the case manager when you register.

             

My visibility

The list of exhibitors is available on the show's website in the section: Exhibitors.

List your company in the Official Exhibitor Catalogue and on the show website to promote your presence and benefit from visibility throughout the year. Use your dedicated space to showcase your company and provide as much information as possible to allow your potential contacts to better target and identify you. This is indispensable to preparing a visit, as the website's most used and viewed page is the exhibitor search.

Deadline for providing the information for the catalogue "paper" version: 17 June 2024, « Edit my profile » section of your Exhibitor's Area.

         

Additionnal fittings

The partitions:

The "bare" surfaces of the Vieux Port, Port Canto and the Palais come without partitions. No construction is allowed without the agreement of the organizer. The fitting out of your stand is at your expense. Your layout project plan must be sent to Stand Deco: [email protected] for validation.

Carpets:

The "bare" surfaces of the Vieux Port, Port Canto and the Palais come without carpet.

Surfaces "set up under tents" at the Vieux Port and Port Canto come with carpet, colour Taupe. Fitting out your stand is at your expense

The "turnkey" surfaces at the Palais come with equipments.

Furniture:

It is included in "turnkey" packages at the Palais in the form of furniture credit. You must notify us of your choice using the catalogue provided in the Exhibitor's Area. If your choice exceeds your credit amount you will need to pay the difference. 

No furniture is included with "bare" stands and those "set up under tents" at the Vieux Port and Port Canto as well as "bare" and "Saphir" stands at the Palais.

The "bare" stands located on the Vieux Port, Port Canto and in the Palais come without an electricity meter.

The outdoor stands "set up under tents" come with a 3kw electricity box in the rear righthand corner of one of your tents.

The turnkey stands and "Saphir" stands in the Palais come with a 3kw electricity meter placed by default in the storage room.

Invoice

After each order is registered by our services, the corresponding invoice is sent to you by email only, there is no more sending by mail.

               

During the exhibition

A free sea shuttle service provides the connection between the Vieux Port and Port Canto.

During the show opening times, several shuttle services operate between the Vieux Port and Port Canto with departures every fifteen minutes accessible to visitors and exhibitors.

The Security Commission examination is scheduled for the afternoon of Monday, 9 September 2024 at 10:00 am at the Vieux Port and Port Canto.
