  • Can I buy my ticket in advance? 

    We recommend that you buy your tickets in advance from our on-line ticketing office, which will avoid having to queue at the cash desk.



    Is a ticket purchased in advance from the on-line ticketing office equivalent to a queue jump ticket?

    Entry through the access reserved for visitors already holding tickets enables more fluid and faster access than via the cash desk.



    Are tickets exchangeable and refundable?

    Tickets sold at the cash desk and from the on-line ticketing office are neither exchangeable nor refundable.



    Is it compulsory to print my ticket?

    Yes, printing your entry ticket is mandatory. The entry ticket is required at the entrance.



    I did not receive my on-line ticket.  Who should I contact?

    Please contact our customer support by email at the following address: cannes@reedexpo.fr indicating your first name, surname and the e-mail address you gave when ordering.



    Are tickets nominative?

    Yes, the tickets purchased from the on-line ticketing office are nominative and are valid for a single entry. At the entrance, your QR code will be recorded by our security officers. Therefore, leaving the event is final.



    How many cash desks are there? 

    We provide cash desks at each entrance of the show: Palais and Quai Max Laubeuf at the Vieux Port and at the Port Canto. To reduce waiting time at the cash desk, we invite you to book your tickets from the on-line ticketing office.


    What time do the cash desks open?

    The cash desks are available upon opening of the show and close at the same time as it.
